Process for Charities Seeking Grants
Qualifying Charities
Funding by the Foundation is limited to charities that are in good standing with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and that have a current charitable number issued by CRA.
Inquiries
The first step in the application process is to contact Scott Graham, the executive director of the Foundation, to discuss requests and to gather information. Inquiries are accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the year.

Contact with the Foundation's executive director may include an e-mail briefly describing the project or initiative, the costs involved, the project budget, the amount sought, the time frame, and the benefit to the local community. Essentially, a snapshot of the initiative is reviewed by the Foundation before a full proposal is developed by the charity.
